What causes this issue?

The maximum number 9999 of delivery schedules has been reached for the
scheduling agreement &V1& item &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Reject the scheduling agreement &V1& item &V2&, create a new scheduling
agreement with the same customer reference data, and update the data in
the IMG activity <LS>Maintain SMI Agreements</> (SMI_Agreements).
