What causes this issue?

Class specific information about the value domain of the given
characteristic results in an empty domain restriction.
This can occur if such information has been maintained both in class
maintenance (transaction CL01-03) and in class-to-superclass allocation
(transaction CL22N) and if the domains maintained there have an empty
intersection.

System Response

The knowledgebase runtime version does NOT include the class specific
information about the value domain.

How to fix this error?

Check if you can simplify your class maintenance to ensure that value
domains are only maintained consistently in one place.
