What causes this issue?
The bill of material item specified has an object type which the IPC
does not recognize.
In the IPC you can only process bill of material items with the
following object types:
Material
ClassSystem Response
The item is not copied into the knowledge base.
How to fix this error?
Check whether you can configure the bill of material meaningfully
without the item specified.Procedure for System Administrators
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
