The knowledge base runtime version contains configuration profiles of
different types (nested KMAT and non-nested KMAT).

System Response

When configuration profiles of different types appear in a decomposition
hierarchy, the corresponding profile combinations are invalid in the
variant configurator. You have to treat a subordinate KMAT as a
non-configurable material. The IPC does not support this instance.

How to fix this error?

Select configuration profiles in a knowledge base that are as much as
possible all of the same type (nested KMAT or non-nested KMAT).
