What causes this issue?

Virus scan server &V3& belongs to scanner group &V2&, which contains
configuration parameter &V1&.
This is not supported by the adapter currently loaded in the virus
scan server (&V4&).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

Check whether the correct scanner group was specified.
Check whether the correct adapter was loaded.
Check the settings of the scanner group.
