What causes this issue?

The default profile was requested. However, no profile is identified
with the "Default Profile" indicator in the configuration of the
virus scan profiles.

System Response

The virus scan profile cannot be retrieved.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Set the "Default Profile" indicator in the configuration of the virus
scan profiles for a maximum of one virus scan profile.
