Message text: Execute selection report SDSPESTA first
New fields have been added to the SD status tables that contain a
blocking status (delivery, blocking or user status).
The new reports SDLIEFSPE and SDFAKSPE evaluate the new blocking status
fields.
To update thesse fields for documents (sales orders) already available
in the system, you should run selection program SDSPESTA before running
the SDLIEFSPE and SDFAKSPE reports for the first time.
You do not have to this if you have just installed the SAP system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Run selection report SDSPESTA
Note the following:
When you install reports SDFAKSPE and SDLIEFSPE for the first time, run
selection report SDSPESTA for all documents (sales orders) that are
already available in the system.
If there are too many documents in the system, do not run the selection
report SDSPESTA for all documents at once but divide up the documents
and run the report for each quantity in the background.
If you do not want to run report SDSPESTA for the existing documents
right now, you can display the blocked documents in the system with
reports RVAUFSPE and RVSPERAU, valid until Release 4.5A.
