What causes this issue?

You can restrict the delivery creation period with this selection
criteria.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This enables you to just select order items that have at least one
schedule line due for shipping during this period.

System Response

If you have chosen a list that displays individual schedule lines, the
system displays all schedule lines that contain an open delivery
quantity and that should be created before the "delivery creation date
to".

How to fix this error?

For day-to-day activites or for scheduling the delivery creation report
at short intervals (for example, every hour), you should specifiy the
current date as "delivery creation date from".
You should deliver due schedule lines (with a blank "delivery creation
date from" when there is plenty of system capacity (for example, at
night). You should also check whether it would be a good idea to
<DS:TRAN.CO06>process backorders</>.
If you specify the "delivery creation date from" field but leave the
"delivery creation date to" field blank, the system only selects orders
with schedule lines due for shipping on that day.
