What causes this issue?

Either all sales activity types, or the types you selected, are not
suitable for planned calls dispatched from a call-center.

In the IMG activity <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDOVCK>Define sales activity
types</> identify the sales activity types that you want to use for
planned phone calls.
