    SAP Error Message:
VMP_MSG378: Planning scope contains 3D and PMI changes, save planning before you exit

Cause: This message appears in SAP Visual Enterprise Management (VMP) or related SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environments when you have made changes to both the 3D model data and the PMI (Product Manufacturing Information) within the planning scope, but you attempt to exit without saving these changes. 3D changes refer to modifications in the geometric or CAD model data.
