What causes this issue?

has been activated in Customizing for this storage location.
However, it is currently only possible to post a partial goods receipt
using the delivery monitor for non-HU managed storage locations.

System Response

The system does not post the partial goods receipt for the item.

How to fix this error?

Warehouse Management is required for posting a partial goods receipt for
handling units.
