technical reasons.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction VL31N, or make settings in Customizing for the
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_XXLEIDW2006>warehouse number</> and the
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVOLF>delivery type</>, so that distribution of
the inbound deliveries to the decentralized WMS is delayed.
