What causes this issue?

The delivery was already distributed to the decentralized Warehouse
Management System. You cannot save the document without items, because
this would make further processing of the distributed delivery
impossible in the system.

System Response

The system stops you saving the delivery.

How to fix this error?

Delete the document entirely, where necessary.
