What causes this issue?

The warehouse number determined for the storage location differs from
the warehouse number in the delivery header. No more deliveries within
one warehouse are available.
This message is created when the switch 'Delivery split' switch is set
to the delivery type and the warehouse numbers in the header and item
do not agree.
