What causes this issue?

In reference document &V1& item &V2& has an item number that is bigger
than 899999. This item should be copied into copying control for
copying control reasons. Since item numbers from 900000 are used for
special delivery items and are assigned by the system, creating main
items with item numbers that are larger than 899999 is not permitted.

System Response

The corresponding item is not delivered or a message is issued, that
prevents further processing of delivery documents.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Deactivate the indicator 'Copy item numbers' in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CMMENUOLSDVBX1>Copying control</> for the corresponding
document types.
or
Ensure that the item numbers in the reference documents (such as the
sales order) have item numbers below 900000.
