What causes this issue?

The intermediate document (IDoc) contains a segment that cannot be
processed (segment &1 with the number &2).

System Response

The delivery is created or changed, but the intermediate document is
given an appropriate status record. The person responsible for
processing the document receives a message in his/her inbox.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that only segments that can be processed are transmitted by
the last system transmitting (converter, for example).
