What causes this issue?

The coinsurance amount &V1& of an InsuranceCollectionDisbursementRequest
(ICDR) item has a negative value. However, the coinsurance amounts of an
ICDR item must always contain a positive value.
The parameter <ZK>PropertyMovementDirectionCode</> determines the +/-
of the coinsurance amount of an ICDR item.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
