How to fix this error?

The deletion of a business lock on an ICDA business partner relationship
requires an existing business lock on an insurance object-business
partner-relationship. Enter a lock reason, a start date and an end date
for which a relevant business lock exists on an insurance object-
business partner-relationship.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
