What causes this issue?

A scale group contains condition records with different scale base value
units. As a result, the scale base value cannot be determined in the
settlement.

System Response

Unable to save agreement.

How to fix this error?

The scale base values within a single scale group must be identical.
Therefore, you can do either of the following:
a) Adjust the scale base value of the relevant condition
b) Remove the condition from the scale group

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
