What causes this issue?
You wanted to give Status 'B' (Released for settlement) to Rebate
agreement &V1&. The rebate agreement, however, already has Status &V2&.
Status "Released for settlement" has already been reached.System Response
The status of Rebate agreement &V1& is not changed.
How to fix this error?
Check whether you have selected the correct rebate agreement.
