The validity start date &V1& of the condition record is before the

The validity period of a condition record has to be within the validity
period of the assigned agreement, however.
You cannot enter the validity start date.
Select a validity start date that is later than the validity start date
&V2& of the agreement or identical with that date.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed.
