What causes this issue?
On IBM Power Systems, the entitlement of a Shared Processor LPAR
represents the guaranteed minimum physical processor resources which the
SPLPAR will receive from the shared processor pool.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
