Solution:
Define Units of Measure:
- Go to the transaction code

(Maintain Units of Measure) in SAP.- Check if the units of measure in question are defined. If not, you will need to create them.
Set Up Conversion Factors:
- Use transaction code

to define conversion factors between the two units of measure.- Ensure that the conversion factors are correctly set up in the material master data.
Check Material Master Data:
- Use transaction code
MM03
