What causes this issue?

The delimitation date &V1& represents the end date of the account
statement. The start date of an account statement is always equal to
the end date of the previous account statement.
If no account postings have taken place between the last statement and
the delimitation date, the system only creates an empty statement if
the previous statement lies at least &V2& days in the past.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
