packing status for HU creation has been set in
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOPI0OVHU2>Customizing for packing transaction

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Click on the stoplight to display the reasons behind the packing
status. Then do one of the following:
Modify the HU proposal so that the status changes to one equal to or
    exceeding the minimum packing status.
Delete the packing instruction ID, and thus create HUs without
    reference to a packing instruction.
Change the minimum packing status in the appropriate packing
transaction profile in the IMG activity Maintain Packing Transaction
