What causes this issue?

One of the HUs you have selected already has a reference to a delivery.

System Response

Since the HU is already reserved for a delivery, it cannot be included
in a different delivery.

How to fix this error?

If you want to include an HU with a reference to delivery A in delivery
B, you first need to change the reference from A to B by choosing
<zh>Change Reference</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
