What causes this issue?

You have selected HUs that you want to assign to a delivery. One of the
HUs is found in a WM-managed storage location and in an open transport
request. This HU cannot be assigned to the delivery.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
