What causes this issue?

The HUs that you want to assign are already assigned to another customer
sales order.

How to fix this error?

Change the assignment by selecting the appropriate HUs at item level and
the schedule line of another sales order at header level.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
