What causes this issue?

You have selected HUs that are already in a delivery. You cannot change
delivery HUs using this function, you have to change them in the
delivery.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select only those HUs that are not yet in a delivery.
