What causes this issue?

You want to
Delete handling units
Change the reference of a handling unit
Change the quantity of a handling unit All of the above functions are
only possible for HUs which are not in a delivery yet (that is for blue,
purple and red item lines).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Deselect all handling units which are already in a delivery (green item
lines).
