A reference material packing instruction cannot be entered separately
under its own packing instruction.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When you create the reference material packing instruction, leave the
reference material packing instruction field empty.
