What causes this issue?

A newly created single result record has a different value for at least
one of the three key attributes InspectionLot,
InspPlanOperationInternalID, or InspectionCharacteristic compared to the
same attributes of the corresponding inspection characteristic.

System Response

The create request was rejected.

How to fix this error?

For each create request<(>,<)> you need to ensure that the values of the
three key attributes of the single result record are the same as for the
corresponding inspection characteristic record.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
