What causes this issue?

The "correspondence" text is not maintained &V1& in the document. This
text is used in e-mail-based shipping as the correspondence in the
e-mail.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the "correspondence" text (text ID 0007, text object VBKA) in
the document&V1&.

Procedure for System Administrators

If the text type "correspondence" (text ID 0007, text object VBKA) is
not available in the document, make the appropriate settings in
transaction VOTXN.
