How To Fix VCH_LL107 - Variant configuration not activated correctly

What causes this issue?

In order to use variant configuration with <ZK>SAP HANA</>, it is
required to switch on business function <LS>Low-Level Variant
Configuration with SAP HANA</> (<NP>PLM_VCHLL_HANA</>) and to execute
data transformation program <LS>Data Preparation for Low-Level
Configuration Using SAP HANA</> (<NP>VCH_MASS_MAINTENANCE</>).

System Response

In case either of these steps is missing, variant configuration cannot
be used with <ZK>SAP HANA</>.

How to fix this error?

Check if business function <NP>PLM_VCHLL_HANA</> is switched on.
Execute data transformation program <NP>VCH_MASS_MAINTENANCE</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
