What causes this issue?

The transmitted assignment of type user assignment or constant
assignment could not be matched after a validation. These assignment
types should not be changeable by the configuration. A missing
assignment can cause Object Dependencies to behave differently than
expected.

System Response

The system detected this situation, locked the configuration and
communicated the error to further processes, which might have stopped
committing the configuration to the database.

How to fix this error?

Please verify:
1. The transmitted valuations are correct.
2. The target characteristic is maintained as expected.
3. The configuration model behaves as expected and all Master Data,
especially Characteristics, Object Dependencies and Bill of Materials,
are maintained for the configuration to be consistent
