What causes this issue?

Individual weights must be normalized to the standard SI unit in order
to increase the weight group in route determination. An error occurred
as the SI unit for measurement was being determined. There were problems
in the definition of the unit table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
