This error indicates that the system is unable to find a defined SI (International System of Units) unit for mass in the weight group configuration.
Cause:
- Missing Unit of Measure (UoM): The most common cause of this error is that the unit of measure for mass (e.g., kilograms, grams) is not defined in the weight group settings.

for configuration).- Navigate to the relevant configuration for weight groups.
- Ensure that the weight group you are using has a valid SI unit defined for mass.
Define Missing Units:
- If the required unit of measure is missing, you can define it in the unit of measure settings.
- Use transaction code
CUNI
to check and maintain units of measure.- Ensure that the unit of measure for mass (like KG for kilograms) is correctly set up.
Review Material Master Data:
- Check the material master data for the materials associated with the weight group.
- Ensure that the weight group is correctly assigned and that the unit of measure is valid.
Check for Custom Code:
- If there are any custom developments or enhancements, review them to ensure they are not causing the issue.
