What causes this issue?

The system could not find any sending condition records and therefore
any sending batches for the batches in this batch where-used list.

System Response

Derivation is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Check that the batch where-used list is complete:
Have all batches been assigned in the orders?
Have the goods receipts and goods issues been posted?
Check also that
The condition records for the sending batches have been created
correctly.
Customizing for the sender search is correct.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
