What causes this issue?

The <GL:sales activity>sales activity type</> &V1& does not exist in
the sales activity type table.

System Response

A sales activity cannot be created using this sales activity type.

How to fix this error?

Check if your entry is correct. You can display the allowed sales
activity types on the initial screen for sales activity maintenance by
selecting F4 (Possible entries) on the <LS>sales activity type</>
field.
If your entry is correct, add the missing entry to the sales activity
type table.
