What causes this issue?

The delivery for the rush order you are processing cannot be created as
the order items contain different plants, shipping points or routes.

System Response

The order is created without a delivery.

How to fix this error?

Please check the parameters above and change them if necessary. The
system creates a delivery automatically on saving when all items have
the same plants, shipping points and routes.
Alternatively, you can supply the order manually by creating a delivery
for each shipping point.
