What causes this issue?

The method for distributing cost centers via <ZK>Application Link
Enabling</> ALE is not activated for the controlling area. Therefore, in
the selected controlling area, you must not enter a value for the <LS>
Logical System</> field.

System Response

The cost center cannot be saved.

How to fix this error?

Either delete the value in the <LS>Logical System</> field or change the
controlling area.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
