not yet entered, or a UI round-trip has not yet occurred.
The search help for the following fields requires the country as an
input value:

The search for tax jurisdiction uses external providers if an address is
partially maintained. Using external providers requires the country.
Without a country, the search cannot find any values for the mentioned
fields.
Enter a company code and choose <ZK>Enter</> before starting the search
for the mentioned fields. If you do not want to use the external
provider for tax jurisdiction, do not maintain any address data.
