    The record does not have a value for the country. Either the country is
    not yet entered, or a UI round-trip has not yet occurred.
    The search help for the following fields requires the country as an
    input value:
    Region
    Tax Jurisdiction
    The search for tax jurisdiction uses external providers if an address is
    partially maintained. Using external providers requires the country.

    System Response

    Without a country, the search cannot find any values for the mentioned
    fields.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a company code and choose <ZK>Enter</> before starting the search
    for the mentioned fields. If you do not want to use the external
    provider for tax jurisdiction, do not maintain any address data.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
