    Procedure for System Administrators

    If workflow template WS60800086 is assigned to a change request type, go
    to Customizing for <LS>Master Data Governance</> under <LS>General
    Settings</> -> <LS>Process Modeling</> -> <LS>Workflow</> -> <LS>
    Rule-Based Workflow</> -> <LS>Define Steps for Rule-Based Workflow</>
    and check whether the workflow steps are defined.
    If a different workflow template is assigned, go to Customizing for <LS>
    Master Data Governance</> under <LS>General Settings</> -> <LS>Process
    Modeling</> -> <LS>Workflow</> -> <LS>Other MDG Workflows</> -> <LS>
    Define Workflow Step Numbers</> and check whether the step numbers are
    defined for <LS>Workflow</> &V1&.
