In transaction SWE2, either no workflow has been configured or one or
more workflows have been configured that must be started when a change
request is sent.
The new workflow step table USMD202C_2 is not migrated automatically.
Only one workflow can be assigned to event BUS2250-CREATED. The type
linkage can be activated for the event in transaction SWE2.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
