What causes this issue?

You want to add objects to the object list. Entity &V2& of entity type
&V1& is already in the object list and has therefore not been added
again.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete all multiple entries of entity &V2& of entity type &V1& in the
object list.
