What causes this issue?

The status of change request &V1& is <LS>Final Check Approved</> or
<LS>Final Check Rejected</>, therefore the change request can no longer
be changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a new change request.
