What causes this issue?
The entity &V2& of entity type &V1& is assigned to change request &V3&.
However, this change request has a status that does not allow objects to
be processed. You therefore cannot process any of the objects in this
change request.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Contact the processors of change request &V3&.
