What causes this issue?

You can assign either an edition type <ZH>or</> a data model to a change
request type. However, change request type &V1& is assigned an edition
type and a data model.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove either the edition type or the data model for change request type
&V1&.
