  • What causes this issue?

    You want to create an individual change request that is based on UI
    configuration &V1&. (This UI configuration is either assigned to your
    role or user parameters, or to the change request type with which you
    want to create the request.) However, the UI configuration contains
    subviews and therefore cannot be used.
    Note
    If you are creating the change request as the first step in processing
    an entity (Web Dynpro application USMD_ENTITY_VALUE2), for example when
    creating a supplier, the UI configuration used can contain subviews. The
    restriction described above applies only to direct creation of
    individual change requests with Web Dynpro application
    USMD_CREQUEST_CREATE.
