• Message text: Attribute &3 cannot be used for UI element &1 (entity type &2)

What causes this issue?

UI element &V1& has the UI element type <LS>Table Column</> or <LS>Table
Column with Key Field</>, therefore the attribute assigned to the
lower-level UI element must have a higher-level entity type. Attribute
&V3& does not have a higher-level entity type, however.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter an attribute that has a higher-level entity type for the
lower-level UI element of UI element &V1&.
