What causes this issue?
The Web Dynpro component &V3& either does not exist or has not
implemented the component interface IF_FPM_UI_BUILDING_BLOCK, and can
therefore not be used for UI element &V1&.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
